Chloe helped me by devising a three part tailored exercise programme which I followed for 12 weeks in total. I followed each programme for 4 weeks at a time and managed to succeed in losing my desired weight of 2.5 stone.
Chloe gave me on-going support, she was helpful and advised me to cut various unhealthy foods out of my diet and introduced me to specific weight training exercises.
I learned so many new exercise routines, I feel fit and healthy, plus my skinny jeans now fit and look fantastic!

I started working with Chloe because I wanted to seek Professional advice about exercise .
I wanted to know exactly what to do in the gym and how to lose weight.
Chloe gave me a tailored Gym Programme which I found enjoyable , easy to follow whereby I didn’t have to think for myself what exercises to do next.
I have achieved my desired weight loss, my strength is greatly improved, and this has encouraged me to sign up for a 10k run!
My Personal Trainer experience has been fantastic, successful and I’m now happy with my appearance.

​I started Personal Training with Chloe because I wanted to bulk myself up a bit. I'd been going to the gym on a regular basis but was not seeing the results I was looking for.

Within 4 weeks of my first session with Chloe, I was already starting to see the improvements that I'd been chasing myself for most of the year prior, without much success.

​Now, I've pretty much achieved my initial gaol thanks to her!

I learned a massive amount of Weight Training knowlegde during our sessions, which helped me in understanding how to build lean muscle.

All in all, Chloe is a fantastic PT and although the sessions were very challenging , they were also alot of fun!

I joined the gym because i felt sluggish, had gradually put on weight over the years and wanted to reduce my stress levels.

I took up Personal Training because I needed more guidance and structure;

although I was going to the gym regularly I didn't really know what exercises where best for me.

With Chloe's help I have proudly dropped a couple of dress sizes and toned up my body.

​I started working with Chloe because I wanted to gain confidence in and out of the Gym.

Through weeks of specific exercises and eating correctly I now feel much more energetic and my workouts don't feel pointless like they did before.

I now know how to analyse my nutrition and plan my food for the day so I don't fall into bad habbits especially at work!

 

The aspects of Personal Training I most enjoyed where, following a training plan, regular weigh ins and taking measuements so I could see my progress.

I feel confident and happy training in the Gym on my own, I never thought I could lose this much weight and I'm definitely going to keep it up, I've even started Chloe's Zumba class to add to my regime.
