This plan can be adapted for you to complete at home, any kit you already have can be included.

One to One Personal Training​

One to One Personal Training is undeniable the most effective way to excel in your training and achieve the absolute best of your ability. If you really want results then this is the package for you !
Enjoy learning many different training techniques and anatomical facts to help you understand the human body and ultimately achieve your desired goal.

Personal Training is for everyone no matter how novice or advanced you are I have experience training all abilities and making everyone feel comfortable.

This Includes

Weekly Personal Training to learn exciting new training techniques
Body fat test using callipers
Weight and Measurements using Inches
Before Pictures
The Personal
experience with constant motivation and monitoring from your    Personal Trainer
Confidence Building
Complementary Fitness Programme

For you and a friend or partner, why not embark on a fitness journey together for support while having all the motivational benefits from your Personal Trainer.
